About kind loyalty
kind loyalty was built because no loyalty app integrated end to end with Klaviyo and other marketing tools in a way people actually used. It is made by marketers for marketers, founded by Bogdan Ilies, Managing Partner at Inbox Profits, after ten years running email marketing and seeing the gap between revenue-producing automations and the loyalty layer meant to feed them.
Built because nothing integrated end to end with Klaviyo and actually got used
kind loyalty exists because no loyalty app treated Klaviyo, or the rest of the marketing stack around it, as a first-class integration. What was available synced a balance as an afterthought and left the actual automation work, the flows that turn a point balance into revenue, for someone else to figure out. Usable end to end, not usable in theory, was the bar that nothing cleared.
It is built by marketers for marketers. Not a general-purpose loyalty platform with a Klaviyo checkbox added later, but a loyalty program designed from the marketing side of the problem first: what a flow needs to trigger cleanly, what a segment needs to stay accurate, what a merchant needs to see when something fails.
The WooCommerce loyalty market is also served almost entirely by plugins that run on the merchant's own server, which produces a shared set of failures: WP-Cron stalls on a quiet store, two plugins fight over the same order hook, a WordPress update changes something underneath. kind loyalty runs the program as hosted infrastructure instead, so none of that depends on the server doing its job at three in the morning.

Ten years running email marketing at Inbox Profits, building the automations that produce revenue for ecommerce brands, surfaced the same gap repeatedly: a real disconnect between the automations that make money and the loyalty apps meant to feed them. kind loyalty is the answer built from that side of the table, by someone who has spent a decade in Klaviyo flows rather than in loyalty-plugin settings screens.
Not on feature count, and we will not pretend otherwise
Other loyalty tools have referrals, VIP tiers, review points, birthday rewards, badges and gamification. We have none of those. What we have instead is a small set of things built all the way through, and an architecture that does not fail quietly.
- No VIP tiers
- No referral program
- No points for reviews
- No birthday rewards
- WooCommerce only for now
- Monthly billing only
What people ask about kind loyalty
What is kind loyalty?
kind loyalty is a hosted loyalty and rewards service for WooCommerce stores, with a native Klaviyo integration. Merchants award points on orders, customers redeem them for real WooCommerce coupons, and seven distinct Klaviyo metrics drive the email flows around it. It starts free for 200 orders a month.
Who founded kind loyalty?
Bogdan Ilies, Managing Partner, Inbox Profits, an email marketing agency. After ten years building automations that produce revenue for ecommerce brands, the gap he kept running into was the loyalty layer: nothing on the market treated Klaviyo and the rest of the marketing stack as a first-class integration rather than an afterthought sync. kind loyalty is built by marketers for marketers, from that side of the problem.
Who is kind loyalty for?
WooCommerce merchants who already run email marketing in Klaviyo and want a loyalty program that behaves like infrastructure rather than like another plugin to maintain. It suits stores that value a program that keeps working over a program with the longest feature list.
How is it different from a loyalty plugin?
A plugin runs the whole program inside your WordPress install, which makes it dependent on WP-Cron, on other plugins, and on every update going smoothly. kind loyalty runs the program on its own infrastructure. The plugin only forwards orders and renders the widget.
What does kind loyalty cost?
The Free plan is 0 EUR for 200 orders a month with every feature included and no credit card. Paid plans are 29 EUR for 750 orders, 129 EUR for 2,500 and 299 EUR for 10,000, all monthly. Above that, pricing is on request.
What does kind loyalty not do?
There are no VIP tiers, no referral program, no points for reviews and no birthday rewards. It supports WooCommerce only and bills monthly only. If any of those decide the purchase, another tool is a better fit and it is cheaper to find that out now.
