What happens when I go over my plan limit?
Points keep accruing. Going over your plan limit never stops the program. We warn you inside the dashboard and ask you to move up a plan, but we do not switch off a loyalty program your customers are actively using, and we never withhold your data over it.
What is the cheapest loyalty program for a small WooCommerce store?
The kind loyalty Free plan is 0 EUR for 200 orders a month, with every feature included and no credit card required. The only limitation is a small "powered by kind loyalty" badge in the customer widget. Paid plans begin at 29 EUR a month for 750 orders.
Do cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one. Only monthly order volume differs. There is no tier where the Klaviyo integration or the export is held back, because a loyalty program missing a piece is not worth running.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes, and it is never restricted. Customer and points balances export to CSV and the full activity ledger exports as well. This holds even when an account is blocked for non payment: the download links appear on the paywall screen itself.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Billing is monthly only, and that is listed in what we have not built. You can cancel at any time and there is no minimum term.
