A WooCommerce loyalty program, hosted rather than run as a plugin
kind loyalty is a WooCommerce loyalty program covering points, rewards, campaigns and expiry, plus a Klaviyo integration built for flows rather than a single sync event. Points calculation and delivery run on hosted infrastructure, not inside WordPress. Free up to 200 orders a month.
Six things a loyalty program needs, each one finished
Points and rewards
Configurable earn rate on order total minus shipping. Real WooCommerce coupons as rewards.
Campaigns
Multiplier periods, storewide or scoped, additive when they overlap.
Points expiry
A rolling twelve month clock from last activity. Off by default.
Customer widget
Balance, rewards, coupons and history, in the account a customer already has.
Reliability
Retries with backoff, visible failures, an append-only ledger.
Data export
Customer CSV and full ledger, never restricted.
Hosted, not a plugin running inside your store
The WooCommerce plugin forwards orders and renders the widget. Points, campaigns, expiry and Klaviyo delivery run on kind loyalty's own infrastructure, so WP-Cron stalling, a plugin conflict, or a WordPress update cannot break the program.
Seven metrics, not one event with a filter
Points Earned, Redeemed, Revoked, Expired, Reward Unlocked, Points Milestone and Program Joined each fire as their own metric, so building a flow is choosing the trigger, not adding a property filter to a shared event.
Every feature on every plan. Only volume differs.

WooCommerce loyalty programs, answered
What is a WooCommerce loyalty program?
A system that awards customers points for purchases, which they later redeem for rewards like discounts. On WooCommerce specifically, it usually runs as a plugin inside WordPress. kind loyalty is the exception: it runs the program on hosted infrastructure and uses a thin plugin only to forward orders and render the widget.
Do I need a plugin to run a loyalty program on WooCommerce?
You need something installed to connect your store, but that connector does not have to run the whole program. kind loyalty installs as a plugin but keeps points calculation, campaigns, expiry and Klaviyo delivery on its own infrastructure, so the parts that usually break in WordPress are not running there.
How much does a WooCommerce loyalty program cost?
kind loyalty starts free for 200 orders a month with every feature included, no credit card. Paid plans are 29, 129 and 299 EUR a month for 750, 2,500 and 10,000 orders. Only order volume changes between plans, never the feature set.
Does a WooCommerce loyalty program work with email marketing tools like Klaviyo?
It should, but many WooCommerce loyalty plugins send Klaviyo a single event with a reason property, which pushes filtering work into every flow. kind loyalty sends seven distinct metrics, each its own flow trigger, so building a flow is one dropdown selection.
