The points that order earned are revoked automatically, and a Points Revoked event fires in Klaviyo so you can explain the adjustment before the customer writes in about it. The revoke is recorded as a new ledger entry; the original entry is not deleted.
Yes, always. Customer and points balances export to CSV, and the full activity ledger exports too. Neither is ever restricted, including when an account is blocked for non payment, where the download links sit on the paywall screen itself.
